Ask a staff member to contact us on your behalf. We can visit you on the ward, in a clinic or in a department.

If you are a relative, carer or friend of a patient, where possible, we will need to obtain the written or verbal permission of the patient before we can assist with the problem

How to contact PALS

 Visiting our offices

At UCH on the ground floor atrium between 9.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays.)

At NHNN  next to Basil Samuels Outpatients Department between the hours of 8.00 and 18.00 on Mondays, 9.00 and 17.00 on Tuesdays and 8.00 to 18.00 on Wednesdays. Outside of these days contact the PALS office at UCH.

During particularly busy times, outside normal working hours or at weekends you may be put through to our answering machine. Please leave your name, hospital number, contact number and a short message and the PALS team will return your call within 24 hours or by the next working day.
