NutriSuppz Test Force Ingredients: How are they?

There are some good options in this testosterone booster, however they appear to be overshadowed by some of the more ‘male health’ orientated nutrients in this supplement.

Some of the ingredients are more wired to libido rather than testosterone – and some of the studies behind them are questionable.

Below, we look at the main ingredients and see just how effective they are.

If you want a faster overview, you can skim to the bottom of this section, but if you’re interested, feel free to read our workings below:

Nutrisuppz Test Force Ingredients

This is a great start to NutriSuppz Test Force. Magnesium is a solid mineral for promoting free testosterone. Free testosterone is the T that is actively circulating in your bloodstream.

It does this by working with a protein in your blood known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).

SHBG binds to the free testosterone in your blood and reduces it’s overall anabolic potency. This makes the affected testosterone useless.

Magnesium helps by inhibiting the SHBG and reducing the overall influence of the protein on your bloodstream. This allows your free testosterone levels to have more support to rise.

This is a good mineral in NutriSuppz Test Force too. Zinc is effective for general testosterone production.

So, how does Zinc help?

After you absorb this mineral, your body uses it for chemical reactions in your brain which helps to create the Luteinzing Hormone (LH).

LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of it you have in your system, the more support your testosterone levels have to grow.

Tribulus Terrestris

This however, is not a great ingredient in NutriSuppz Test Force.

Tribulus Terrestris is a herb which has claims to promote testosterone – but none of this has been seen in human studies, unless under very specific circumstances (i.e. very low testosterone and infertility).

The only thing it may help you with in NutriSuppz Test Force is with libido. Aside from that, it’s not going to make much of a difference.

Not a good choice in NutriSuppz Test Force either. Chrysin is a nutrient which has only been seen to raise testosterone in one study – when it was injected directly into a subject’s testes.

It has not been seen to raise testosterone when consumed orally. You’re unlikely to reap any of the benefits from it by supplementing it in NutriSuppz Test Force.

We don’t have a lot of confidence in it here.

Horny Goat Weed

Also known as Epimedium, this isn’t a strong choice in this testosterone booster either.

So, what don’t we like about Horny Goat Weed in NutriSuppz Test Force?

It’s been claimed to help raise testosterone levels – which is not the case.

Horny Goat Weed has not been seen to do this. The only thing that this herb appears to be capable of is raising libido. Aside from that, there’s not much of a difference that it can deliver for you.

Also known as Eurycoma Longifolia and Tongkat Ali, Longjack is another underperforming testosterone booster in NutriSuppz Test Force.

Longjack is thought to help raise testosterone, however, studies show that this only works in animals. You’re unlikely to get the benefit as these results have failed to scale up to humans.

The only thing this ingredient may do for you is give you a mild boost in libido. Aside from that, you’re not going to notice much of a difference.

Saw Palmetto

This isn’t a strong choice in our NutriSuppz Test Force review either. Saw Palmetto is a nutrient which doesn’t promote testosterone – however it does have some advantages for general male health.

So, what can it do?

It has been seen in some cases to help regulate and support your prostate. This can even help with the symptoms of hyperplasia (enlarged prostate).

Although it isn’t as effective as taking actual medicine for hyperplasia – it’s a nice natural option for promoting prostate health.

Hawthorn Berries & Cissus Quadrangularis

These are two ingredients which do largely the same thing in NutriSuppz Test Force. They both help reduce inflammation.

This can help by allowing easier blood and nutrient flow which can improve the absorption and activation rate of this supplement in your system.

Nutrient Profile Overview for NutriSuppz Test Force

As you can see, there are only a handful of ingredients in NutriSuppz Test Force which actually help with testosterone.

The main ingredients here that will support you here are the Zinc and Magnesium – the rest is more for libido and prostate health.

The other ingredients have claims to help testosterone, but are unlikely to work in this case as we’ve explained (see Longjack or Chrysin write ups).

A lot more could be added here to help improve your overall levels of testosterone. There’s too much focus on libido rather than testosterone – change is definitely needed.

Are there any side effects with NutriSuppz Test Force?

Not that we can see, all the ingredients appear to be safe to use and shouldn’t cause you any trouble.

That said, we can’t speak for everyone. If you’re unsure you should speak to your doctor before using it. This goes double if you have any preexisting conditions or allergies.

What would change about NutriSuppz Test Force?

We would hold on to the Zinc and Magnesium, but consider changing other areas.

The main thing we would do is look for more ingredients that have the studies to support testosterone. For us, we think some ingredients that definitely should be included are D-Aspartic Acid, Mucuna Pruriens and Ashwagandha.

DAA and MP are both great for promoting your body’s levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH). As we’ve mentioned LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.

DAA does this is a similar way to Zinc, whereas MP promotes your levels of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH) which is your body’s precursor to LH.

Combined it’s a great support for testosterone.

Ashwagandha also helps as it can help make a better hormonal environment for your testosterone. It can help to reduce your levels of the stress hormone cortisol. When your cortisol levels are high, it causes your testosterone levels to drop – this is how your body balances your hormones. The more you have of one, the less you have of another.

By using Ashwagandha, you can help keep your cortisol levels under control and allow your testosterone to have a better environment to rise in.

NutriSuppz Test Force Review Summary – Is it effective?

We have to say, aside from the Zinc and Magnesium, there’s not much in here that will help your testosterone.

It’s more of a libido enhancer, which isn’t exactly what we’re looking for.

Ideally, you want a supplement which has more support for your T levels. As we’ve mentioned, there are plenty of options out there which can help achieve this.
